Sustainable Social CRM Model | Features & Opinions

Based on my work in the area of Social CRM, I got into the analysing mode to envision how different stakeholders should embrace this concept for bringing the sustainable advantage. The base model I have used is BCG' growth-share matrix. Based on the recent market developments, I already see this model getting validated :)
